At SelfMade Club, your satisfaction is our priority. Because our products are custom-made to order, we have specific conditions regarding returns and refunds.
Custom-made items
As all our products are personalised and printed on demand, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind. Each item is uniquely produced for you.
Damaged or incorrect items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at support@selfmadeclub.com with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the item and the issue
- A brief description of the problem
We will assess the claim and, where applicable, offer a free replacement or a full refund.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days and returned to your original payment method (PayPal, Stripe, MB Way, or card).
Order cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, before production begins. After this window, cancellations are not possible as the item will already be in production.
Non-returnable items
- Items with custom uploaded designs
- Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
- Items returned without prior authorisation
