Who is behind SelfMade Club?
SelfMade Club was founded by five students at NOVA IMS – Information Management School in Lisbon, Portugal. We created this platform out of a shared passion for creativity, personalisation, and making custom fashion accessible to everyone.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept PayPal, Stripe, MB Way, and all major credit and debit cards. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partners.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Because all our products are made to order with your custom design, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days and we will offer a free replacement or full refund.
