Production time
Since all items are made to order, please allow 3–5 business days for production before your order is dispatched.
Delivery times
- Portugal (mainland): 2–4 business days after dispatch
- Portugal (islands — Azores, Madeira): 4–7 business days after dispatch
- European Union: 5–10 business days after dispatch
- Rest of the world: 10–20 business days after dispatch
Shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight. Free shipping is available on orders over €50 within Portugal.
Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your delivery.
